I could not be happier with my decision! I know that it not only impacted my own career positively, but the direction of our leadership team, direct reports and company with the suggestions and ideas that came from coaching.

I knew the leadership style I wanted, but the way our organization was set-up was not conducive to the change I was looking to make. Other leadership styles in our organization brought out a reactionary style that are spaces I didn’t want to play in. Ultimately, we morphed our organization into a leadership culture with open communication; even during the most difficult conversations.

Working with Calvin, I was able to be more open than I ever would have expected; especially for never having met in person. The biggest value added was a deep dive into making conscious decisions about what I want for myself, my team and our future. There is accountability and support in making conscious changes together, that was instrumental in getting to the next level of my executive management career at a young age. Ultimately, it made my job easier and our company better. 

Working with Calvin also helped me make necessary changes to my life in all aspects including more work/life balance, accomplishing new personal and professional goals, as well as the initiatives we set out for together within the company.  I can not say enough great things about the impact we made together and the next level he helped me get to.
